Clean Agent & Inert Gas
System Overview
Water-based firefighting is dangerous or destructive in server rooms, data centers, electrical control panels, and telemetry centers. Safe Tech supplies and installs state-of-the-art Clean Agent and Inert Gas total flooding suppression systems that extinguish fires without water, residue, or electrical conductivity.
Our systems include Novec 1230 and FM200 (Clean Agent) which put out fire by heat extraction while maintaining safe breathing margins for occupants, Inert Gas (IG-541: 52% N2, 40% Ar, 8% CO2) which reduces ambient oxygen to non-combustible levels, and high-pressure CO2 flooding systems for unmanned machine spaces.
Key Technical Specifications & Features
- Clean Agent Systems (Novec 1230 / FM200): Non-toxic, electrically non-conductive, zero ozone depletion, human safe
- Inert Gas Systems (IG-541: 52% Nitrogen, 40% Argon, 8% CO2) for telecommunication and control rooms
- High-Pressure CO2 Flooding Systems for unmanned engine bays, generator enclosures, and compressor rooms
- Fire Spot Electrical Panel Protection (NBC Clause 3.4.6.3): Direct sensor tubing arresting panel fires at origin
- Kitchen Hood Wet Chemical Suppression System (NBC Clause 6 & Annex G) for commercial culinary ranges
- Modular Ceiling-Mounted Thermatic Extinguishers (Clean Agent & DCP Powder variants)
